Tahini Dressing

This is an easy dressing or dip for salads, steamed veggies, and whole grains.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup sesame tahini (or any nut butter)

2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice

2/3 cup water

1 Tbsp. minced onion

1 garlic clove, minced

1 Tbsp. Braggs Liquid Aminos

1 Tbsp. agave or honey (optional)

Instructions:

Combine and whisk or blend thoroughly.

For a dip, reduce water to 1/2 cup or add more nut butter to reach desired consistency and flavor.
