What services do you provide?

Who does well with your nutritional recommendations?
Clients who are committed to securing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, who make their health a daily priority, who are willing to try new foods and recipes, to nourish their body with lots of produce, to keep an open mind and above all, to NOT make excuses for themselves… these are the individuals who excel.
How does one sign up for services?
All services can be paid for quickly and effectively here.
What if I’m not comfortable using PayPal?
Feel free to contact me, and I will be glad to provide my mailing address so you can mail a check or cash prior to your appointment.
What do I do after I sign up for a package and submit my payment?
Once your payment is received, you will be sent an email directing you to complete 2 forms for online submission: 1) Client Contact Form and 2) Client Pre-assessment form. Make sure to fill out each form individually and to submit them both separately by hitting the “submit” button.
When do I make an appointment?
Once both online forms are received successfully, I will contact you with potential dates and times to set up your initial appointment.
How are appointments conducted?
Appointments are provided from the comfort of your home by telephone, online chat, or video calls (such as Skype or Google).
Why must I submit my payment prior to receiving your service?
By receiving the payment first, I am guaranteed payment for my time.
When will I receive my consultation?
Once I have both forms, I will email you to set up a date for your appointment.
How will my appointment time be used?
I will ask a few questions, provide my recommendations and allow some time for questions and answers at the end.
What if I want to continue working with you after my initial appointment?
You can sign up for the ‘follow up’ option at any time, whether it’s immediately following a session or if you’d like to make improvements months later.
What is your refund policy?
