Hi there,
I spoke with you about a month ago… Cyndi my OB/GYN HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended you! So I managed to save up money to use your services for a month. And the more I looked around your website and read about you… the more i’m excited to start! I even went and had bloodwork done so I would have the latest numbers!!!
Look forward to hearing from you-
emily
ps- is there tax? It came up $132???
Hi Emily,
I recall speaking with you last month, and I’m super happy you’ve chosen to make nutrition a priority! I will be emailing you shortly with details on how to proceed. Services no longer have any tax charged, which is why you received a refund. Looking forward to helping you get healthy!!

Hi Elisa,
Awesome website…so glad I found it. I actually found it from the interview that you did for Dr. Fuhrman. I used to be a patient of his a few years ago but unfortunately I didn’t have the success you did. But I was so excited to actually find a patient of his who had success so I could maybe talk to you about it. I have had lupus for 18 years and been on meds ever since. I got off my meds a few years ago for a summer with Dr. Fuhrman but got so sick (liver involvement) that I had to go back on more meds than I’d ever been on. I realize I did his protocol while my liver was acutely flaring so diet wasn’t strong enough. After drug treatment my liver numbers are normal! But I absolutely hate the idea of being on meds the rest of my life. SO, here’s my problem…I want to try Fuhrmans approach again but I’m a bit discourage because of my first experience, yet I know it’s probably my best bet. But I have two small boys (I’m 34) and to be honest, the diet he had me on was so time consuming, I felt I was a slave to my kitchen…is there ways to do his diet without spending hours every day in the kitchen (his soups were the hardest for me…to make and to actually eat without gaging).
I’m not sure of your approach for counseling…I guess I’m looking for tips on how to actually have a somewhat normal lifestyle and stick to the nutritarian lifestyle…since I’m familiar with the nutritarian approach I guess I’m looking for what daily life looks like…have you found simple ways to meet the daily requirements? Thanks so much for your help. I have never met someone with my illness that is young:) I too don’t look sick but I know my body is deteriorating and it brakes my heart on a weekly basis when I tuck my boys in bed….I’ve done every form of alternative there is and I’m kind of at the point of wanting to give up and succumb to the horrible meds out of frustration…Any advice would be sooo appreciated. Thanks!
Hi Danika,
Thanks for reaching out! I recognize your name and believe we have communicated at some point in the past, but I can’t place where. Don’t succumb to the disease by surrendering to meds without deliberately addressing your diet!! If not for your own sake, for the sake of your beautiful children. Incredible nutrition is your ticket to disease management. It restores some of the control that one loses when living with a chronic disease. There’s no reason to give up when there are so many nutritional tricks to consider: juicing, blending, frozen fruits and veggies, whips, and delicious meals that nourish your body and provide the energy to make good choices on a daily basis. I definitely suggest following Dr. Fuhrman’s autoimmune protocol for an improved quality of life. There’s really no reason not to, because you have nothing to lose!! Yes, it takes some time and work and planning – but anything worthwhile does. There’s no magic bullet in life and there isn’t with your health either. If you want to be well, you have to be willing to work at it. That’s where I come in. I can help by coaching you via email on a daily basis. Since I do live out what I endorse daily, I have a few tricks up my sleeve and am more than willing to work with you to incorporate those strategies into a plan that you can live with – while still having a well rounded life
I suggest you sign up for one of my packages so we can work out the kinks and establish a routine that’s personalized for you, in addition to making sure you’re on the proper supplementation, getting adequate rest, movement, etc… If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to email me Danika.
Hope to hear from you soon! ~Elisa
Hi Elisa,
So funny to see Emily’s name up there! She was just sharing your website with me during her massage session
I am so pleased that she has found something so wonderful. I am a massage therapist and have been a vegetarian for close to 10 years now. I am always searching for better ways to “clean up” my diet. I am almost positive that i am lacking in some nutrition but to know exactly what is my question! I feel very dehydrated and almost daily have chapped lips or a sore throat. I drink plenty of water rich in electrolytes. I don’t know any other way to hydrate myself. Is there a better way? I am very active in work and personal life but still have trouble losing weight-vegetarian and all! I have tried the vegan lifestyle…and am thinking i should try harder, but i LOVE eggs! Ha-ha. I was just sharing with Emily tonight that i have slacked on watching my sugar intake and also on some processed favorites like veggie chips and rice chips. Any suggestions would be immensely helpful.
Thank you, Michele
Hi Michele – thank for writing! I love massage therapists!! It sounds like you would benefit from working with me. There are certainly some improvements you can make to facilitate the desired weight loss and you may need to supplement specific nutrients. Your dryness could be a fatty acid deficiency but I would need to review your typical food intake and any supplements you take – and I do NOT recommend choosing your own supplements without consulting a trained professional like myself. Check out my Services, bearing in mind that I currently have a waiting list but would be happy to steer you in the right direction in a few weeks
Hi Elisa,
I was referred to your site several months ago by my friend Shannon (I live out here in Oregon). My husband and I have been mulling over making some serious changes, but we are feeling very overwhelmed by such drastic changes. I am very interested in your services and will be saving my pennies to sign up with you hopefully in a few months. I noticed you mentioned a waiting list… how far out are you booked?
Thanks,
Melissa
Hi Melissa!
Shannon is wonderful – I would looove to work with one of her friends
No doubt, transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle can be terribly overwhelming. I’d be happy to guide you through the process. I’ll be taking new clients at the end of the month so you shouldn’t have a problem, but do me a favor and send me an email a couple weeks before you actually want to start so we can get the paperwork rolling ahead of time
There’s just two forms that need submitted online prior and then I like some time to sort through that info to create your personalized nutrition assessment.
I’ll look forward to hearing from you!
