Folowing Julieanna and Improve Your Groove on Facebook!
Great, thanks for your follow Julee!
Gey Groovy sounds terrific, I’d love to be able to get one on one advice from someone who truly “gets it”!
So true! You’ve come to the right place because I definitely “get it”! It’s interesting how easily it clicks with some, while others have a really tough time comprehending the key concepts.
Hopefully Julieanna and I can continue to spread the good word!!
If you’re serious about getting advice, consider our No Obligation Consultation for the Get Groovy! program.
Did all 5!! Would LOVE to win, I need it…but I have so many people to share this great information with! Thinking about putting together a group to teach at our church.
Thanks Jill, happy to have your passionate presence about plant-based living!
I follow Julieanna and Improve your Groove on Facebook
I follow Julieanna on Twitter too.
Thanks for your follow Miriam, we appreciate that very much.
I was already following Julieanna on FB (I don’t have Twitter), so I liked Improve your Groove and subscribed as well. I just started doing a plant-based diet a few weeks ago and have not been able to stop seeking any and all information I possibly can about it to educate myself. I am already noticing positive changes with my body and so excited to continue my journey. For me, with a husband at home who is still skeptical about completely cutting out meat, recipes would be the most beneficial to any virtual program. When I have made him delicious, fresh vegan meals, he says, ” I think I could do this,” and that gets me so excited! Support at home is critical, so anything I can find to give me new ideas and education is amazing. Thanks for that already! (Sorry for the lengthy comment
…)
Super feedback Lisa, thank you!! It sounds like what I call “transitional” foods are especially useful for your husband right now, and certainly fresh tasty meals are appealing too! The great news is that we know how to make any less desirable item that you’ve made previously into a healthier version without sacrificing enjoyment. I do provide a regular reflux of recipes here on EUV, plus our newsletter for Improve Your Groove shares a monthly recipe too – so definitely hop on our mailing list. As for our clients, they have access to an entire recipe forum where we provide and share our favorites among one another. We think it’s a pretty swell system.
Thanks for the feedback! It’s all super exciting
In a virtual program I’d love to get help on how to keep up and maintain a stress-free and positive lifestyle and be able to stick with certain things, i.e. eating healthy and practicing stress-releasing activities. Sometimes you start out energetic and excited about something then after a little while you start to lose motivation.
This is a common problem I see with folks, which is one of the reasons why we extended the Get Groovy! Program to 6 months in addition to providing lifetime access to a supportive community where people experiencing the same trials and tribulations can come together. As a result we’re fostering an atmosphere for success!
I like Julieanna and Improve your Groove on Facebook
Thanks for the Like Ember, really appreciate it!
Following both on Twitter and on mailing list. I would like to have a 30 day challenge with a virtual program. Daily videos and perhaps word for the day. I hope to win because I just had my 3 month vegetarian anniversary I am the cook in my house so my husband is on this journey with me
any help would be welcomed with warm hearts and gratitude.
Congrats on 3 months Ember, that’s a terrific milestone!! The cool thing about our Zen Den community (which all Get Groovy! clients have lifetime access to) is that we’re able to pose 30-day challenges within the community, or a particular “group”, we provide weekly Live webinars with video access and we provide daily encouragement too! We’d love to have you join us to help foster your long term growth!!
I would like to see the promotion of whole foods as a way of healing, health, and vitality through recipes, testaments, and science.
I’m right there with you Eric and strive to incorporate these elements into everything I do.
Would love to win! I keep hoping.
Keep trying Belle, one of these times it may happen!
All done! I have actually been following her blog for a while and love it!
Thanks Britt!! Always great to have you
I liked Julieanna’s Facebook page. I just started weight training this week and am so confused. I am trying to do this without paying for an expensive trainer. There are so many machines, I am concerned I’ll strengthen one part of my muscles leaving another weakened. Also a slow start with machines or weights would be great so as I follow I can add a little at a time working up to a full routine. Another suggestion would be snacks – sometimes I am so hungry a short time after eating mounds of vegetables at a meal. Nuts are supposed to have too much fat to rely on too heavily.
Hi Breanda – We provide comprehensive nutrition education to help people to understand how to prolong the hunger by incorporating a balance of satiating whole foods, so that you don’t have to feel deprived, hungry or overwhelmed with the need to constantly snack.
Not only do I provide the food and nutrition expertise, but Ronni is a whiz at weight training as a personal trainer, yoga and spin instructor. We could easily streamline this process for you so keep us in mind, and remember… you deserve it!
I would love the knowledge to help teach the people I love to live a healthier lifestyle.
Right on Joseph! It’s pretty amazing, the influence we have on those near and dear to use once we demonstrate health and wellness in our own lives. Master your own mojo, and the rest will follow simply by setting a good example!!
I love and wholeheartedly agree that health and weight changes need constantly weekly support, I spent a year working for and have been a client of a place that did such thing only their plan was vastly different, none-the-less it worked so well! I have other dietary needs, such as I have been vegetarian forever nearly but recently pregnant with health issues which make plant-based challenging for me, etc… so having dietetic advice on the same page as me would be awesome, and if our budget ever lightens up I would love to embark. For now I’ll just follow and appreciate the FB/Twitter stuff, but I love the idea:)
Thank you Kelly, we’d LOVE to have you and I’m sure you’d be a great asset to our invite-only community to The Zen Den, a lifetime perk that each of our lucky Get Groovy! clients receive. I know times are tough and life is expensive, but definitely keep this in mind moving forward as it won’t only benefit your mind and satisfy your soul… it will also have a HUGE impact on your child’s life for many, many years to come.
to add to my above comment I am striving for a fully plant- based pregnancy and to finally get, at least my kids if not my husband(maybe never my husband) also committed (they are 2, 13 and 14-girls) so that is how I found you, web searching (mostly fb searching) for all the help I can get!!!!
It’s totally possible Kelly! I’ve worked with a family of six (4 kids under the ages of 6!) to make the transition and they’re thriving!!!
I would sooooo enjoy a copy!
Get Groovy is a great program. I’m a newbie to the vegan world. I would like to experience the great feeling of accomplishment in the virtue program. It’s a big deal to me because I would like to began living a healthy lifestyle. All of the junk food that I use to enjoy isn’t cutting it anymore and I would like to start making steps to better eating habits. Thanks you for being an advocator for our health.
Great feedback JaVonza, thank you! And kuddos to you for taking this very important step in your life!! If and when you’re ready to totally commit and make the investment, I’d welcome the opportunity to guide you through the transformational process. Well wishes…
LIKE….would love to see 100% plant based diet…xoxoxoox
Hi Wen! All of my programs on EatUrVeggies are 100% plant-based and fairly aggressive. With the Get Groovy! program, the ultimate underlying goal is to learn and understand a plant-based lifestyle via education, motivation and inspiration. Since that’s a 6-month program, we take it nice and slow and allow people to ease in at a pace which they feel comfortable.
Per Julieanna’s advice, I am trying to cut back on oil, nuts, and seeds. What I would like to see is information on HOW you do that when it comes to baking and cooking in general. Also how to transition a picky eater to a plant based diet.
All good questions that are quite doable for our clients once we teach them the know-how. Thanks for your feedback Lauren!
I’m on Julieanna’s email list and I’m following Julieanna and Improve Your Groove on Facebook. Thanks for this opportunity! My family and I are loving the plant-strong lifestyle!
Your welcome Betsy, and thank you for the follow! Isn’t it wonderful to be connected with so many like-minded people who love plants?!!
So wonderful, Elisa. And so encouraging!
It IS!!!
Fulfilled steps, please enter me in the giveaway, i could really benefit from the book
Im transitioning to vegan very slowly and get groovy sounds like something myself (and others in my position) would benefit from. I dont know much about the vegan lifestyle, i thought that being a vegetarian for 3 years was closest to it but im learning it is not! So having and expert nearby would be really helpful!
Thanks Ana, so nice to have you! It sounds like you’d really benefit from our Get Groovy! Program, and, in particular, The Zen Den lifetime access. If you have any interest at all, don’t hesitate to sign up for a 20-minute No Obligation Consultation where we can answer any questions you might have about the program. We’d love to guide you through the transition.
I have followed the steps……..I’ just found your info today and am excited about getting healthier through a plant based diet.
Yaay! Happy to have you Karen!! Plant-based eating is life-changing, so stick around for more info…
Still fairly new to plant strong living so excited to learn anything new.
We’re always happy to have newbies!! The more the merrier!
On a fixed low income and certainly can’t afford “improve your groove” but would love to have the book.
Thanks for all the great comments/feedback everyone! Make sure to complete the steps above for an opportunity to be added to the drawing.
Also on a fixed income and can’t afford improve your groove but it looks great!
just to be happy. love my fruits and veggies from a grain free vegan
PAMI
Did all of the above. Have had this book on my Amazon wish list for some time. Would LOVE to get it.
Thanks Laura, and gooood luuuuck!!
I love the part about increasing energy, it takes a lot to keep up with 3 kids, husband, house and a business
Ahhh yes, steady energy would be most important – and not the temporary high from caffeine or sugar! I give you credit for all that you do Nikki. Thanks for your feedback.
Hello! So, I completed all the steps & I’d love to learn more. I literally crave knowledge about wellness!
Thanks Rebekah! What a wholesome craving!! The key is learning how to interpret that knowledge, so that it’s used accurately to your advantage. Stick around and we’ll help you with that.
Love J and love feeling Groovy! <3 Thanks for a great opportunity!
Awesome Kim, you’re welcome! I too am a BIG fan of Jules and happy to help promote her valuable work!!
I want to experience a positive environment and encourages those that are seeking a healthy mind, body and soul.
Did all 5 and commented on the interview with a suggestion. This book would be great for me as I train/teach my five kids, mom and hubby to eat plant-based. Thanks so much for this offer!
I have just begun a plant based lifestyle. Anything I can get to make the path less bumpy is appreciated. Variety is the key I suspect. I’m also gluten free and have thought many times it’s too much. But I feel better! If nothing more than less guilty. LOL
Results are in! Lisa McCormick is the recipient of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Plant-Based Nutrition and Kimberly Louis-Jean has been selected for the complementary copy of Julieanna’s film, To Your Health!!!
Please email Elisa@EatUrVeggies with your mailing address, to collect your publication.

Congratulations Lisa!! I received your email, thank you!
